Studio Ayo Fitness

I started doing design projects for Damola Akinyemi after we formed a friendship working together at the YMCA of Middletown. Damola left the Y and started a new gym called Ayo Fitness. Over the years I helped Damola with many of his promotions, beginning with the Ayo Fitness logo design, brand development, and the design and printing of various posters, brochures, postcards, flyers, and rack cars.

Hercules Fitness Challenge

Hercules Fitness Challenge was a local obstacle course challenge organized by Ayo Fitness. I assisted with the logo design and brand development, as well as printed materials and course wayfinding and directory signage.

Crossfit Remade

Gold's Gym progressed to a Crossfit box where I acquired the nickname "Whiskey" and my team number was 13. When my coaches weren't killing me they were asking me to design everything beginning with the Crossfit Remade logo.

YMCA of Greater Metro New York

In 2007 I became a CPT through the NCSF program and began working part-time at the YMCA to supplement my income. Once the program directors realized I was also a graphic designer I was recruited for freelance designing of posters, brochures, and website layout. I assisted the YMCA with the transition to their national rebranding program beginning in 2010.

Town of Wallkill Gold's Gym

When you work as a PT in a gym like the YMCA, it's really difficult to workout at the same gym without being constantly interrupted by all your favorite members. I joined Gold's Gym and it wasn't long before I was designing for them as well. In 2015 the facility moved to a new location and that is when I first started doing content creation design and management for social media platforms, mainly Facebook at the time.

City Tabernacle

City Tabernacle Church was not a fitness related client, but I worked with the clergy to develop their 70th Anniversary Celebration Logo, as well as various banners, flyer, and brochures.
